Sometimes it feels good – or
even necessary – to seek guidance. No matter what the issue
is:
Perhaps you feel stuck,
unsure of your next steps, or face a challenge that weighs on
you. In these moments, a safe space, an open conversation, and
compassionate support can open new perspectives.
My guidance is empathetic, personal, and free from rigid standards. Every person brings their own story, feelings, and experiences – and I respond to exactly that. There is no fixed formula or pre-made solution. Everything we work on together is completely individual and tailored to you and your current life situation.
An essential part of my work is kinesiology, which I gently and supportively integrate into the consultation. Kinesiology is a holistic approach that recognizes the inseparable connection between body, mind, and soul. Through gentle muscle testing, inner blockages, stress patterns, or unspoken issues can become visible – often in areas where words alone are not enough. The body “speaks” in its own honest way, showing what needs attention, balance, or support. The goal is not to force anything, but to help your system return to harmony naturally.
Time spent on vacation is a wonderful opportunity to pause and consciously focus on yourself. Away from everyday routines, without pressure, space can open for clarity, relief, and new directions. Our conversations take place in a private, calm environment – whether outdoors in the sunshine, surrounded by nature, or indoors in a cozy, protected setting. Always with the option of a cup of coffee or tea, wherever you feel safe, seen, and comfortable.
My life has given me a wide range of experiences. I know both very difficult and painful phases as well as inspiring, joyful highs. These experiences, combined with my innate ability to listen, perceive, and truly understand, allow me to see people holistically and support them with empathy.
My work is based on years of personal self-exploration and decades of working with people. In my now nearly third stage of life, I combine life experience, professional knowledge, and deep inner clarity. Recognizing problems, understanding connections, and developing solutions together is not just a task for me – it is my heartfelt calling.
Why am I confident that I
can also help you – and not just because of my
qualifications?
Because I live these
experiences, reflect on them, and share them with heart and
understanding. That is why I am often sought for advice among
family and friends.
Through conversations, examples, exchange, interaction, and – if you wish – even shared activities, you will gradually find your own path. I accompany you, but the strength to change comes from within you. The goal is that you walk through the door into a fuller, more confident life, feeling empowered and strong.
At every step, you decide which methods and approaches feel right, are manageable, and truly suit you.

Managing stress is an essential skill for maintaining both mental and physical well-being, especially in challenging times.
There are many ways to release stress and regain energy: movement, mindful breathing, regular exercise, sufficient personal space, a balanced diet, connection with nature, and the support of phytotherapy. Each of these approaches works on multiple levels, helping to restore harmony and strengthen both body and mind.
Recognizing triggers and past trauma can also be liberating. Deep-seated fears and blockages often hold us back unconsciously – yet it can be easier than expected to face these experiences with trust and courage, and gradually release the fear.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. With empathy, respect, and mindful guidance, healing is possible. Step by step, what has long been held can dissolve, creating space for inner peace, lightness, and self-confidence.
Through these holistic approaches, stress is not just reduced – it can be transformed into energy, resilience, and a renewed sense of balance for both body and mind.
Physical health is achieved through a balance between energy used and energy restored, through joyful movement, a nutritious diet, restful periods, and the support of the healing power of plants.
Phytotherapy, the conscious use of herbs, roots, and natural plant substances, gently strengthens the body, supports natural processes, relieves tension, boosts the immune system, and helps restore inner harmony and vitality. It allows health to be nurtured and actively built in a sustainable way.
True health, however, begins even deeper – it emerges where we learn to love ourselves. Self-love is the key to being and staying healthy. It expresses itself as joy, vitality, and well-being on every level. It means treating yourself with care and mindfulness, taking time to recharge, and nurturing your own needs – so that you can also be fully present and supportive for others.
There is so much we can do for our health. It doesn’t always have to be bitter, and sometimes it requires effort, sweat, or discipline – yet what truly nourishes us gives long-term energy, joy, and inner balance.
Dare to love yourself – reach out to us. Together, we will find ways that support you, strengthen you, and bring body, mind, and soul into harmony, enhanced by natural and gentle phytotherapy tailored to your needs.
Recognizing triggers and trauma means making visible the deeply rooted fears and blockages that unconsciously shape our lives, and gradually releasing them.
Often, it’s easier than you think to embrace this process. With trust, patience, and courage, you can learn to face fear, understand it, and slowly overcome it – a path of self-empowerment that reconnects you with your inner strength, clarity, and calm.
No one has to walk this journey alone. Compassionate guidance, respect, and mindful support can facilitate healing, gently accompanying the process of letting go. Every step you take is a step toward inner peace, lightness, and self-confidence.
Along this path, what has long been held – old worries, internal blockages, recurring fears – gradually dissolves, creating space for new perspectives, joy, and emotional freedom.
Healing is not just about overcoming pain. It is about finding yourself again, feeling your own resources, and gradually shaping a life in which you feel safe, supported, and fully alive.
Our health and well-being are closely connected to the flow of energy in the body. Meridians – delicate energy pathways running throughout the body – play a central role in this process. They have been known and used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). You may be familiar with the terms acupuncture or acupressure, but there are also gentle, touch-based ways to restore balance to these energy channels.
The meridian system consists of 14 different pathways, each associated with specific organs, body functions, and areas of life. When one of these pathways becomes blocked, it can affect not only your physical health but also your emotional and mental state. A blocked meridian can even provide clues to the root cause of a symptom, supporting your healing process.
A meridian treatment in
connection with kinesiological techniques works precisely on
this flow:
By gently stroking the
energy pathways, massaging, or pressing specific pressure
points, blocked energy is released and restored to movement.
This harmonizes the body, calms the mind, and can support
relief from a wide range of issues – from physical tension and
emotional blockages to stress-related symptoms.
Each of my sessions begins with a compassionate conversation to understand your current concerns and individual needs. If desired, this is followed by a meridian treatment of about 15 minutes, which relaxes both body and mind and prepares you fully for the session. Your individuality is always the focus – no two people are alike, and every treatment is tailored personally to you.
